Dr. Juan C. Del Rio Roure received his Pediatric degree from Universidad Central del Caribe, Dr. Ramon Ruiz Arnau University Hospital, Puerto in 1993.

In 2009 he moved from Puerto Rico to Florida with his family. Dr. Del Rio worked as Senior Physician for The Florida Health Department and also in private practice from 2010 to 2013 in St. Augustine. In 2003 he came to Children's Medical Group, Ocala.

Dr. Del Rio enjoys golf, stamp collecting, sport memorabilia collecting, and fish aquariums.
